Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Window
You may return unworn, unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be in original condition: with all tags, brand packaging, and original shoe box intact.
Final sale / clearance items cannot be returned or refunded.
2. Eligibility
Returns are accepted if:
Shoes are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
Original box is not damaged, taped, or written on (critical for shoe resale).
All accessories (dust bags, extra laces) are included.
3. How to Return

Order number
Full name
Reason for return
Wait for our return approval & return label.
Pack items securely in the original shoe box.
Ship within 7 days of receiving the label.
4. Shipping Costs
Customer pays return shipping (unless item is defective or wrong).
We cover shipping for damaged / defective / wrong items.
5. Refund Process
Once received and inspected (3–5 business days):
Full refund to original payment method (minus shipping).
Refunds process within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Store credit issued instantly (optional).
6. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for size/color (same style).
Exchange shipping is free for US customers.
Email support to request an exchange.
7. Defective / Damaged Items
If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect shoes:
Email us photos within 48 hours of delivery.
We will send a prepaid label and ship a replacement free of charge, or issue a full refund.
